Staff: Hi! Can i help you?
Customer: Can i get an ice-cream?
Staff: Yes, what flavour?
Cust: Ya, i wan ice-cream.
Staff: Yes i know but what flavour?
Cust: ICE-CREAM LA!!!(shouting at us)
Staff: But sir/mdm, there are A LOT of flavours to choose from.(pointing to our wide array of flavours)
Cust: OH!!!!..durian durian...
Staff: -_-"
trust me, we get that ALOT of times in a day...

Staff: Hello! Can i get your order?
Cust (usually old uncles & aunties): eh, anything la, anything oso can.
Staff: Ok! how about durian? it's our best seller.
Cust: HUH!!?? dun wan dun wan..heaty heaty..
Staff: eh..ok, how about coconut?
Cust: ee!! coconot??..nono..
Staff: So what kind of flavours do you usually like?
Cust: Anything, anything la..
Staff: !!??@$$FF (no, we dun actually say it out, but we do mumble to ourselves)

Staff: Hi! What would u like?
Cust A & B: (They usually are couples that spend bout 5 minutes thinkning and dicussing bout wad they wan)
Staff: So can i get your order?
Cust A & B: Ya, can we get a double scoop pls?
Staff: Ya sure, what flavour would u like?
Cust A & B: ( They will spend another 5 minutes dicussing and thinking about wad flavours they want)
Staff: So wad will it be??
Cust A & B: erm can we get one scoop of chocolate and another one of mocha?
Staff: would u like it in a cup or a cone?
Cust A & B: Cone la...or cup better???....(and there they go again)
Staff: Hai...(shakes head)
By the time they finally decided on something and made the final purchase, we will usually have served dunno how many others already...

Staff: Hello, wad can i get you?
Parent: eh, ah boy ah..wad flavour u wan?
Ah Boy: Mummy, i wan chocolate.
Parent: Aiyo, no chocolate for u, chocolate very heaty ah. Choose something else. (usually at this point of time they are either blocking the queue or boring me and wasting my time)
Ah Boy: Then i want mocha lo.
Parent: Mocha, means is coffee la, dun wan la...u dunno how to eat wan, later tonight u cannot sleep. Aiya, take vanilla la.
Ah Boy: (sulking)ok lo..
Staff: Ok so u'll get it in a cup or cone?
Parent: Boy ah, u wan cup or cone.
Ah Boy: eh..i wan cone.
Parent: dun wan la. take cone later drip everywhere, miss ah u give him cup one.
Staff: o..k..
why not the parent just order everything for him even better...WASTE MY FREAKING TIME!!!

Basically these are stuffs that are no longer rare to any of us at work...it's basically part and parcel of life @ Scoopz..haha...but we do laugh about it or chat about it after that...some are rather hilarious incidents that i will blog about some other time...lolz..been working the past week so i can't help but blog about it too..
