yo!yo!! wass up!!

hehe, so i'm back from Taipei. it was nice, the people there are quite friendly, the sky turns dark at around 6 unlike singapore which only turns dark at around 7. ate quite a lot there..haha luckily didn't gain weight..but one thing that i couldn't stand was the lack of dustbins..u have to walk several streets to find one, definately a rare sight..before the trip we were still quite worried bout the "Dao Bian" thingy but it was ok, we were there 5 days and we only saw them once near the Taipei Railway Station..

went to Wu Fen Pu on the first day after we arrived in the evening, nothing much to see there. 2nd day was a complimentary tour from the agency, went to various places like Jiu Fen, National Museum, Shilin night market, as well as the beitou hot spring.

3rd day we went to Hua Lian, engaged a guide from the town to bring us around, went to the Taroko to see cliffs and waterfalls all natural sight, the air there is very fresh much nicer than in Taipei u see almost mountains everwhere u turn...bought some local products to be brought back to singapore..

4th day we went to see the Taipei 101 the tallest building in the world, didn't go up though we jus took pictures of it. afterwhich we went to Danshui's fisherman wharf, nth much there only see the lovers bridge, then we went to the Danshui's night market near the MRT, that was nice, i got a pair of shades and a mickey mouse cap there...hhaha

5th day we walked around ximending a bit cos our hotel was quite near there..i got a mickey mouse sling bag and a Christiano Ronaldo Nike shirt..quite happy to get some last minute buys..after which was back to the hotel to get ready to go to the airport cos it is an hour's drive away..

home sweet home..reached singapore at around 11+pm yesterday, got some stuffs at the duty free shops and my parents were like "woah" when we pushed the trolley with 3 cardboard boxes worth of the local products out..haha..

will post up pictures soon....oh ya..almost forgot, while we were there, we came across 2 idol autographs sessions..haha..1 was the more famous Jolin Tsai Yi Lin outside K Mall, the other was a new group Fahrenheit(Fei Lun Hai) at the Taipei Walker Flea Market, the group consists of 4 guys, one was really good looking and i got a really good picture of him..hahaha

now that i'm back..time to settle the tuition gran stuff and tell boss about my decision to go back to studying..
