It's gonna be exams in a couple weeks' time, i'm gonna start studying and not play or slack around too much. We just recently concluded Sharon's 25th birthday, she had a mini suprise party with her nucleus group on thurs night, a celebration on friday with her cell group, after which i joined them for supper at this nice dim sum place, after that we went to Mount Gravatt to stargaze, as we were driving up the slopes, could see all the mist, it was quite scary cos it was quite dark so had to drive slowly but at the same time it was quite fascinating, driving amongst the mist, when we reached the top, it was BRR..COLD...esp when the wind blew, almost all of us were shivering and shaking to the cold..but it was shiok.haha..there were 3 cars in total that went up so 15 people altogether, another car couldn't join us so they went back home first if not there could've been 19 peeps..

Cos it was very dark, all the more the sky seems illuminated with stars..they were saying that there could be shooting stars seen every few minutes so everyone was like looking towards the sky and no one could see anything after all our necks were sore..haha..

and on Sat evening, Julia, Me, Sharon, Huimin, Calvin and his fren from singapore Amy, went out for dinner..at sunnybank..Sharon's TREAT!!..haha..we had some nice chinese food and it was funny how we apologised to Amy cos she jus arrived from Singapore and we were eating chinese food instead bringing her to eat some Aussiefied food or something..haha...cos to us chinese food's like a luxury item, u dun eat it often..haha..after that we went to have a walk across Story Bridge, look at some nice scenery, after that was Pancake Manors!!..haha..everyone went home after that..

Sharon had a total of 4 cakes for her birthday celebration that lasted 3 whole days..haha..

i think i ate too much junk food or rather all the food at odd timings so i had a slightly uncomfortable stomach the whole of sunday, couldn't go for training cos i jus wasn't feeling right..

on monday we went out for a MASSIVE grocery shopping since we had the car, and Chia Yen was coming back from her honeymoon on friday, so our list of things to buy were:
1) Bulky Items
2) Heavy Items
3) Stuff that can be kept for a long time, i.e non perishable stuffs

so we bought a whole boot of stuffs..u can see from the pictures..haha..STOCK UP FOR EXAMS!!

Wad a pleasant surprise i got when i return home from school just a while ago, i saw something on my desk, something that looks like a letter or card, with an all so familiar handwriting on the front with air mail stamped on it...IT's SOMETHING FROM HOME!!!..wad's MORE!!..it's a card from MDM PANG!!!..oh my oh my..i was so happy when i saw her handwriting, and there i was still thinking why she didn't reply to my email or to birthday greeting sent via SMS as well as a card sent back home, it's probably cos she's too busy with her stuffs and all. Enclosed with the card was a bookmark, that's the 3rd or 4th bookmark she's given me...hmm..do teachers like to give bookmarks?..kinda like me..if u guys still remember for a few yrs when i sent out Christmas cards, enclosed was a bookmark..hhaa...nevertheless, am always happy to receive something from Mdm Pang, wadever the thing might be..

Went for Brisbane Open on sunday, took part in "C" grade, lost in the 2nd round, but i won straight sets in the first round, and lost 3-1 in the 2nd, the 4th set lost 12-10, close, but still lost, heard that the guy went on to win the whole thing...well, i definately learnt something from the championship..that is NEVER NEVER give up no matter how bleak the chances may seem, while waiting for my 2nd round to begin i was sitting there watching some other category going on, this guy..he came from 9-2 down to win the set 11-9 and the match as well..i was sitting there in awe..THERE was my inspiration..that's wad kept me going during my 2nd round..i kept telling myself not to give up, that's how i got a set off the match..

Am starting to get the hang of my long pimps..definately improving..i just realised i don't have to just block against topspin, with the correct technique i can counter a topspin attack, i never knew that, all throughout my 3 yrs in poly Coach jus said to block topspin attacks and i can clearly remember the tons of times i got frustrated cos i couldn't get it done properly since i was more of an aggresive player...so..with a newfound technique thanks to Stanley..i shall work hard on it..

OH MAN!!!..there's this guy in my IB class that's just getting on my nerves, honestly, i've NEVER been irritated by a guy soo much before..at first i thought i was being helpful since he's from China that i'd give him a hand in understanding some of the things taught, then came the individual presentations, we all had our parts delegated, since the presentation was solely individual, there was no marks for group effort, not that i don't wanna help him, but i haven't even finished my part and he keeps pestering me to help him with his part, ok, then i gave him a few examples as to how to go about talking bout his part and i told him to follow the examples and come up with similar ones for the other points and he kept telling me that he can't find anything on the web and i had to emphasize SOOOO many times that there's no need to look up the net, for eg, legal issues??..wad might be a few legal issues that poses as a problem to a production plant in China??..i think i just say this alot of u can come up with a few ideas already..and he kept telling me he dunno how to do it..asking me for more examples..then over the MSN i told him that: "i keep giving u examples might as well i do for u". u noe wad he reply me?? he said: "that won't be nice, cos i didn't do much for it"..KAOZ!!! i nearly FAINTED CAN!!!..and i replied him: "well, i DUN LITERALLY mean that". whether or not he got my point i have no idea!!..he's jus pissing me off that day, and i was in the midst of doing my presentation parts as well...make me dun feel like doing anymore man...

and he keeps wanting to do the online law quiz with me...cos he says that: "i believe when we do together, we can get a 5/5" i'm like -_-"..first time i did together with him, he got 4.5..i got 3.5..so wad can i do??PUT THE BLAME ON HIM!!???no right..that's why i wanna do on my own...the very first time he asked me how much i got for my quiz i told him 3.5, and i tot that's not too bad cos it's last minute ma..then he was like.."but that's below average" i'm like..erm..ok..shrugged him off last week...told him to do himself..he wants to do it together next week again, i told him to do himself, cos i dunno when i will do it..

YESTERDAY!!! he asked me for my exam timetable..cos...HE WANTS TO STUDY WITH ME FOR IB!!!..í was like NO NO NO a thousand times NO!!!..i was so miserable behind the computer screen..(keeping in mind that all these conversations are in MSN) i dunno how to face him and tell him all these cos he will surely see a very pissed and irritated face of mine..so i told him that i cannot concentrate in a group and i prefer studying on my own..imagine if i study with him..poor me will be suffering for how ever long it might be and trying to explain to him the stuffs...and he always say stuffs like cos i'm more clever than him..i'm like -_-????and when doing the visuals for the presentation..he was like asking me EVERYTHING!!!...from should print colour??landscape??...i was like..it's ur own thing u make u own decisions, dun have to ask me everything..then he was saying that he's just asking for my opinion, doesn't mean i'm clever...i was like -_-??!!oh man, he doesn't know how to speak man..i was like ah forget it la..can't be bothered with him....ARGH!!..i'm now officially like avoiding him at all costs man..i skipped tutorial and lecture last week just so not to see his face..

and i have to speak to him in Cantonese...phew..now that's a long post...those irritating events happened across a few days...so it's like a summarized version over here...haha...and everytime i'm on MSN with him..and he starts irritating me..i'll repeat wadever in the conversation to huimin and sharon..and they too get irritated..haha..

been kinda busy lately, preparing for presentation and online law quiz. well, am glad to say that it's OVER!!..yeah..but presentation's kinda below expectation though..should've done better..law quiz was alright, got tricked by the damn question, the phrasing of the question is really misleading man..so confusing, had to reread it so many times and i was so sure i had it right there and then, changed the answer a few times..in the end it was my original selection that was the right wan...damn i hate multi-choice questions..

AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING!!!..my parcel has FINALLY arrived!!!..so excited going to the post office to collect it..they left a note at the doorstep cos no one answered the door at 7am in the morning..well, i thought i heard knocking, guess i heard it right..haaha..nvm..but only opened the parcel wheni came back from table tennis..so happy to receive the stuffs inside..but my happiness was shortlived when i took out all the stuffs and that was it..hai..I WANT MORE OF HOME!!!...

the parcel was so late cos the Australian customs halted the processing to open the parcel up for checking cos their dogs smelt prohibited stuffs..if u all dunno by now, there's LOTS of stuffs that can't be brought into Australia..TONS of them...

at first i was dying of boredom..and the lack of entertainment..and NOW??..i have LOADS OF IT!!..why??..first and foremost, i got a free 2 weeks trial of mobtv, yeap, i got it!!!..so i go to school to download the episodes of the singapore shows so that the quota at home won't be affected that much and in school i can download lots of it and at a pretty fast speed too...so now we are not so show-deprived..like Huimin says, it's feels like home..watching channel 8 shows after dinner..haha..we are currently watching Mars VS Venus the show with Tay Ping Hui in it...nice show..pretty funny too..

and i got a couple more HK serials from Desmond, he downloads them and i copy them from him..hehe..cool...anyone not needing the internet..currently watching Devil's Disciple and the other one is Best Bet, got a few movies too, jus finished watching Just My Luck..nice show too..he transferred 300 to me as well...hehe..finished watching the first DVD Lun got for me..Bring It On 3!! nice show again..haha..i'm a Bring It On fanatic!!

and it's nearing end of MAY!!!..PSP is coming too!!!..haha..

with that..reality check..exam's coming..in another month..the timetable's out..study hard...make parents proud..

I'M HERE AGAIN!!..

haha..nothing much happening nowadays, went to Harbourtown last friday, skipped law tutorial..lolz..bought some clothes..Nike was having this happy hour sale and 90% of the stuffs on the shelves were of an additional 30% off so bought a T-shirt, dri-fit shirt and shorts..all for less than 50 bucks..haha.. walked around for a bit..went to espirit and show a tank top that looked like it suits sis..so i bought it for her..consider it a bday present..huimin bought the same top too..only 10 bucks..browsed thru adidas, saw something that was really steph, so i bought it for her as well, a birthday gift..haha, and i bought a pair of berms from Just Jeans..

will ask huimin's mum to help me bring the gifts back to singapore in June, so she's like santa clause..haha..oh yeah..can't wait for May 31st to come..!!SINGAPORE PC SHOW!!...PSP!!!..

oh ya..internet went kuku on sat and sunday..it only came back working on monday..so saturday went out to the city with Sharon and Julia, i bought another present for someone..shan't mention names here cos the person doesn't know it yet..haha..

well, one thing i gotta clarify, i don't really go out looking for gifts..it just comes up like when i walk around, and the particular thing jus strikes me as very suitable for the person in mind..so i just buy it...haha..anyone else that should receive a gift but didn't receive one...hmm..all i can say is..."thou shall await my return"...lolz..

i'm having a tough time trying to get used to the new pimple rubber and it costing me my games in UQ..should i change it back to the old one to play??..i really have no idea man..or should i work harder during training sessions to try and get used to the new long pimps..only won 1 game yesterday..my team is going down the pits man..and to think that we came into the semis ranked no.2..it's really hard, cos the team loses when i lose..sucks big time man...

went to sunnybank yesterday to have a haircut..haha..fringe's a little too short for my liking but heck..no many people will see it anyway...cos i'm here in Australia!!..haha..shall wait for a couple of weeks for it to lengthen a bit and it'll look better..and ya..gonna DIY dye hair...wait a week or so before doing..hehe..oh gosh...i wonder how it'll turn out..

yikes!! it's Mother's Day on Sunday!!..how wish i can be back home with my mum..nvm..6 MORE MONTHS!!!! YOO HOO!!!...i think i'm gonna apply for work visa and work during the holidays..earn some extra cash..hee..to finance my coaching sessions..

damn it man..my parcel hasn't arrived!!!..it's been darn long already!!!..

ARGH!!..BORED!!!...

YESTERDAY's SEMI-FINALS in UQ SUCKED!!!..i have absolutely no idea why i played so badly, lost both my singles match when i'd won the both of them before..we came into the semi-finals being the 2nd ranked team, and now we will be playing for 3rd place next week.

Ironically, the team we are playing next week came into the semi-finals being the 1st team..wad in the world is happening??..!!! I was so pissed at myself yesterday, i wasn't thinking rationally, was hitting some wild shots and jus whacking the ball without thinking!!..wad the heck man..i really needa work harder during trainings now..i need quality hitting partner to train with..definately glad that my coaching classes start this sunday..gotta IMPROVE!!!..change of rubbers ain't a good excuse for not playing a good game...i just gotta get used to it...!!

On the contrary, i got back my Maths mid sem paper...haha..and i got 79.5/90..how cool is that??..i've never gotten so high marks for a Maths paper in my life man..well, it's like secondary school maths so i ought to get high marks if not i can go bang the wall, 3.5 marks worth of careless mistakes..how can 1 over root 2 X root 2 = 0?? it should be 1...so stupid...hai..if not i could've gotten 83/90 instead..well, gotta work harder for the final exam as it involves harder topics!!..GAMBATTE in EVERYTHING!!!
